KUNG FU
We offer adults and kids the traditional style of Kung Fu called Hung Gar that is a mixture of tiger and crane meaning hard and soft. Hung Gar consist of four unarmed and three armed forms combining traditional with modern exercise. It works according to the personal requirements of each student. Kung fu is well suited for children as it improves their co-ordination, confidence and discipline while remaining very much on the practical side of martial arts. The children also interact with other children and at the same time gain exercise with the use of boxing pads, kicking pads, skipping ropes for co-ordination.
Our Kung Fu instructor is Gert Nel and he was trained by renowned Sifu Rafi Anteby who is a direct student of the Hong Kong based Grandmaster Cheng Yee Keung.
